I wanted to tell you about my last year`s experiences.
Last year I enter to the Universidad de Chile to study Veterinary, wich I always wanted to, and it surprises me how far was the faculty and how big it was, but must most of all the amount of students that we were in the first year of the career.
At first I founded it really fun, we had a lot of parties, I met very outgoing people to hang out with, and we had such a great schedule, so I took phisical education as an sport in my free time, mondays and wednesdays.
As the year went by, it got really hard for me to coordinate everything and I had less time for me, my friends, boyfriend and family. One subject became a real challenge for me at the end of the first term, but I know that it was because I didn`t study a lot and I chose to do other things instead, and when the first term ended I knew I didn´t pass it and that I had to take it on the summer, so I told myself that that was never gonna happend again.
Second term was even harder and we had subjects that were more related to veterinary than before, like anatomy and histology. The semester was really short but it demanded more study, atention and most of all effort, inspite of that the semester ended very well for me :)
In general it think it was a very good year, I like what I am studing even more that when I started, I think that the subjects are very interesting and I loved the three practices that I had. I made great friends, met very cool people, learned a lot and most important I had fun doing all that.
Out of the university, last year was a really fun year, in the summer vacations I went to Maintencillo and Pichilemu with my boyfriend, and we did backpacking and went to Valle del Elqui. I also went to La Serena with my family. After the dirst term of 2010, in july I went to Algarrobo with my girlfriends of school.
The 18 of september its my favourite holiday ever! jajaja I went to Pichidangui to celebrate it jjaja, even though I had a very difficult test the next monday, and that was my worst calification in that subject jaja but it didn´t matter because I had a great time.
When the second term of the year endend I felt FREE, but just for a week :(, because I sarted the summer semestre two weeks later, on dicember 27th :( Inspite of that I had a great christmas and a very good new year`s celebration :)
